Our work culture is predicated on keeping our employees, as well as our subcontractors, safe on the jobsite. Safe work practices have been instilled in every person who has had a hand in what we do. We follow a “zero injury” policy that allows us to maintain productivity and minimize expenses.

A well designed safety program holds everyone to certain standards that have become fundamental to our company. To meet these standards, we encourage workers to take annual safety courses, regularly practice emergency situations, and be well versed in First Aid and CPR. Our employees have put in countless hours of training and met many requirements to earn certain safety certifications.
